Licence for the Tattoo Try-On component

Subject

The Tattoo Try-On (the Component) is a software component hosted on the Licensor’s servers and embedded into the Licensee’s site through an inline frame (iframe). No copy of the Component is handed over to the Licensee: what is licensed is access to the hosted Component.

What is allowed

Embedding the Component on one domain, named in the invoice, for the paid period. Subdomains of the named domain are covered; other domains are not.

What is not allowed

• Copying the files of the Component and hosting them on the Licensee’s or a third party’s servers.
• Transferring the licensed rights to a third party, including resale and embedding on the sites of the Licensee’s own clients.
• Creating derivative works based on the Component.
• Removing or altering the licence header inside the files of the Component.

Term, payment and termination

The subscription is taken monthly or yearly. Price and period are stated in the invoice and are not published on this page.

The subscription renews automatically unless the Licensee has turned auto-renewal off. It can be turned off at purchase or at any time up to the renewal day.

The subscription may be cancelled at any time up to the renewal day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: access continues until the day that has been paid for.

Payment for a period that has already begun is not refunded.

If a renewal payment fails, the Licensor notifies the Licensee and access continues for a further 7 days from the date of the failed payment.

At the end of the paid period the domain of the Licensee is removed from the list of domains allowed to embed the Component, and the Component stops opening on the site of the Licensee. The Licensee removes the block from their page so that visitors are not left with an empty frame.

Visitor data

Part of the processing is done in the browser of the visitor — detecting skin and clothing. In order to fit the body model, the photograph is transmitted to a third-party processing service, is held there only for the duration of the request, and is deleted when it completes. The Licensor does not receive the photographs, does not store them, and receives no personal data about visitors to the site of the Licensee. The Licensee must disclose this processing in the privacy policy of their own site.

What the Licensor provides

The Licensor makes reasonable efforts to keep the Component available and releases updates as they are ready. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation is given and no service level agreement is entered into.

Liability

The Component is provided as is. The liability of the Licensor under this licence is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee for the current period.

Changes, governing law and language

The licence terms may change. Changes take effect from the next paid period and the Licensor gives notice of them in advance. The date at the foot of the page shows the last update.

This licence is governed by the law of the State of Israel.

The Hebrew version is the binding one. The Russian and English texts are provided for convenience; in any discrepancy the Hebrew prevails.
